My wife and I made the decision to move from Toronto to the Calgary area this past summer. We were referred to Kayla Hagen through someone that had moved to Calgary a year ago. It’s a cliche statement to make, but Kayla made the entire process go smoother than we ever expected. Even before we made the commitment to make the move happen, Kayla was with us from day one. Any questions or concerns that we had were answered with detail quicker than expected. We took a weekend and flew to Calgary where Kayla showed us around the city, giving us a rundown on different areas and taking us wherever we wanted to visit to cities like Cochrane and Airdrie. After no luck on finding a home on the first try, we travelled back to Toronto where Kayla assured us that she would find exactly what we were looking for. Within a week we saw another listing go on market where we immediately contacted Kayla and once again she was on it asap by booking a showing for the following day. She knew what we were looking for and we trusted her, therefore she showed us the house over FaceTime. We purchased the house that night. The house ended up looking and feeling better than it did over FaceTime. We put a lot of trust into Kayla and she continued to exceed our expectations every time. Even after the entire process was done she continues to treat us like gold being readily available to help us with any questions or concerns we have. I have family and friends that are potentially looking to move out here and I have already mentioned to them that we have the best realtor for them to work with.
